Terms & Conditions for Bookings:
1. This is Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning service and not the restoration service. So any wear & tear will remain same after cleaning and old stains may remain the same.
2. We move light furnitures. Heavy furnitures like beds, sofa, cabinets is client s responsibility. This will on website
3. A deposit or advance payment serves as a call-out fee and is required to secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, the deposit will not be refunded. If no deposit is made after booking and the booking gone cancelled or postponed there will be a call out fee applies which has to be paid at same time.
4. Kiwiland team may revise the quote after inspection if extra efforts are required.
5. Parking is the client s responsibility, where parking is not available the costs incurred by parking will be paid by the client.
6. Payment must be cleared in our account within the due date. There is $20 late fee past the due date.
7. We assess advance payment/ call out fee for cancellations/ reschedules/ lockouts when given less than one business day notice.
8. Please note that the booking time is the approximate arrival time. Technician may come early or late due to traffic or previous booking. But technician will call or message you before coming to your property. It is advised to keep the mobile near you on the day of cleaning.
